We have two levels of membership that offer our clients the most flexible and affordable service
- Our Gold membership includes the following...
Once A Year: A complete evaluation of the exterior of your home...We inspect the foundation, siding, roof and any systems attached to the exterior..
( Decking, Propane Lines, Wiring, Plumbing, Patios and Structures..Out Buildings etc.)
The complete exterior of the home is photographed and notes made for future reference. We organize a complete file on your home for you to reference any work completed. This report is E- Mailed to you annually after completion of 1 year membership.
" Most home inspection company's charge $400 for this service alone..we include it in your Gold Membership."
In the Gold Membership level we include the following..

1 -* A weekly Inspection of the exterior of your home...Were looking for any damage, broken windows or doors, downed trees, water damage. Your cabin is checked on regardless of weather or depth of snow...
2 -* Board up services in the event of broken windows or doors to minimize damages..
3 - * 24 Hr. call out service in the event of an emergency.
4 - * We offer help when your ..Stuck, Hurt, broke down, or just help you move the couch
5 - * We can check up on your property if you suspect suspicious activity. Alarms triggered, someone wondering around your property, etc.

6 - * We are First Aid qualified if you need immediate help for a medical event (minor, such as a fall or assistance prior to arrival of EMT or Ambulance). IN THE EVENT OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY DIAL 911
7 - * Welfare checks..We can pop in to check on family members if you are unable to contact them. No questions asked..
8 - * Forgot to lock up, turn off the coffee pot, left the water on..No worries we've got you covered...Locked out...We may be able to get you in with out damage. Lock your car with the keys inside.... One call takes care of it.
9 - We do our best to offer flexibility in our services.. Have something special you would like us to attended to... Just call...
10 - Last but not least...We're here to provide you a stress free way to care for your investment....
All the above services are included in our Gold Membership for $35 monthly. For peace of mind and security of your property, there is no better value..

This level is our most basic service and offers a once monthly exterior inspection along with the following...
